Banner Contest!-and other news...

Hey Heaters,its Double now the only admin on the site...Yes Grapes was taken off not for a bad reason.He wants to makes his Cp Baseball League a success and i think thatt's a good idea.He will miss CP Heat but will get cheats from it still as you guys do.
So i am holding a banner contest for the blog.Make it as good as you can.The 1st place winner will be the new admin for the blog.The runner up will be a mod and if that person is already a mod youll be promoted one rank up.Here are the banner requriments:

1. CP Heat Name
2. URL
3. A picture of me(just save this banner and cut it out)
4. A phrase(optional)
5. Flames
